Would you like to establish and operate your own unregistered managed investment scheme (MIS)? We offer a streamlined MIS as part of our core services.
Our MIS package includes the following:

- Unit Trust Deed.
- Information Memorandum.
- Authorisation Agreement (i.e. a Corporate Authorised Representative Agreement or Intermediary Authorisation Agreement, depending on your requirements).
- Fund Management Agreement.
Our streamlined process is designed to produce a timely and cost-effective result. If you already have a suitable licensing arrangement in place (i.e. your AFSL or arrangements with another AFSL), it is possible to complete the legal establishment process in 2 weeks for an unregistered scheme.
